Many times as customers we do not know how things are or simply there is no one who can help us understand what is best for us and help us make the right decision, so it is good to make sure that the service or provider you are looking for covers all the expectations that you have and this is very easy to know... When you are quoting and asking questions about the services and products the way other persons answer you is very important because from there you will realize the quality of customer service and where the professional is heading, why??? It is very simple, for some professionals who work on their own the most important think are the clients, because without them we would not have work and much less be able to be independent and on the other side there are people that the only thing they are looking for it is their own benefit.
Jessica and Lee are a couple in love who contacted me a few months before their wedding and in all the doubts or questions they asked me I tried to answer the simplest way to make it easy for them to make a decision about who they will hire as a photographer. Finally the day of our pre-wedding meeting, they told me that Lee(groom) does not like photos (it's normal for men) but what I always tell my couples is to take things as relax as possible and I will make shure they will love my work.
Normally the day of the event the couples think they have to be looking at the camera all the time but that it is not true, from my experience I can say that the photos least expected are the most impressive and thats the most important thing on a wedding to be yourself and enjoy that very special day, a caress, a tender kiss, a nervous laugh, a hug from the people you love, etc. That's why my recomendation will always be to "dedicate yourself to enjoy your wedding and the rest leave it to me"

Muchas veces como clientes no sabemos cómo son las cosas o simplemente no hay alguien quien nos pueda ayudar a entender que es lo mejor para nosotros y así tomar la decisión correcta, por eso es bueno asegurarte de que el servicio o proveedor que estás buscando cubra todas las expectativas que deseas o que tienes en mente y esto es muy fácil saber... cuando estas cotizando o haciendo preguntas sobre algo del servicio o producto, la manera en que la otra persona te contesta tiene mucha importancia porque a partir de ahí te vas a dar cuenta la calidad de servicio al cliente y hacia donde está dirigido el profesional o la empresa, a que me refiero??? Es muy simple, para los que trabajamos por nuestra cuenta en el ámbito de la fotografía lo más importante son los clientes, por que sin ellos no tendríamos trabajo y mucho menos poder estar de independientes y por el otro lado hay personas que lo único que están buscando es el dinero y su propia satisfacción.
Jessica y Lee son una pareja de enamorados que me contactaron unos meses antes de su boda y en todas las dudas o preguntas que me hacían siempre trate de responder de la manera más simple y sencilla para poder facilitarles tomar una decisión de a quien contratar como fotógrafo. Finalmente el día de nuestra reunión previa a la boda me comentaron de que a Lee no le gustan las fotos, que tiene poca paciencia para eso, etc(es lo normal en nosotros los hombres) pero, lo que siempre les digo a mis parejas es que tomen las cosas lo mas relajado posible y que de alguna manera yo me encargaría de que les gustara mi trabajo.
Normalmente el día del evento las parejas piensan que siempre deben de estar mirando a la cámara pero no es así, por mi experiencia les puedo decir que las fotos que menos se esperan son las que más los impresionan y en una boda eso es lo importante, ser tu mismo y de disfrutar ese día tan esperado y tan especial, una caricia, un beso tierno, una risa nerviosa, un abrazo de las personas que amas, etc. Por eso mi recomendación es y siempre será “dedícate a disfrutar de tu boda y lo demás déjamelo a mi”
